Senior Product Designer

Seven years of product design across fintech, health tech, SaaS, and ecommerce. Full ownership from discovery and Figma to working React. I do my best work inside teams that ship.
About
I started in design and kept going into the stack.
Seven years across fintech, health tech, SaaS, and direct to consumer ecommerce, mostly in remote teams. My day to day covers discovery and user research at the start, UI and prototyping in Figma through the middle, and on a fair share of projects I write the frontend myself in React, Next.js, and Tailwind.
Staying close to engineering keeps the design honest, and that is where I tend to be most useful to product teams. What I usually end up being the person for: design systems that survive a real product backlog, end to end product flows from research to shipped UI, and frontend implementation that matches the design.
Based in Niš, Serbia. Remote first, EU and UK time zones preferred. Open to senior in house roles.

How I work
Three opinions the rest of the site is built on.
Templates cost more than they save.
A template answers a problem that was not yours. The cost shows up in conversion, in brand, and in every future iteration. I start from the actual problem every time.
The handoff is where products rot.
Every translation from design to code introduces loss. When one person owns both, the interface on the screen is the one you approved in Figma. That is the whole pitch.
I work AI native. The craft bar stays mine.
Claude Code in the editor, an AI pipeline for image and video, LLMs to pressure test ideas and clear the busywork. It makes me faster, not louder. Every call on the final product is still mine, defended, and built for the brand in front of me.
Selected Work
Let the projects speak for themselves.
Six projects across fintech, health tech, SaaS, ecommerce, and production. Each one a different problem, the same standard of execution.

What I do
Product Design
Research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI. Comfortable owning a feature end to end or contributing inside a larger product team. Files engineers can build from, reasoning I can defend in a product review.
Design Systems
Component libraries and tokens that hold up once a real backlog hits them. Figma variables, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), consistent handoff. The payoff shows up six months in, when the team is still moving fast.
Brand Identity
Visual systems that hold together across product, web, and marketing surfaces. Logo, type, color, and usage rules. Built to hold together across every surface the product shows up on.
Design Engineering
I ship the frontend myself in production React, Next.js, and Tailwind. The design that gets approved is the design that goes live, with no translation step in between. It pairs cleanly with an engineering team and closes the gap between Figma and the shipped UI.
